By accessing and using Flyer Fast ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Flyer Fast provides an AI-powered flyer generation service that creates promotional materials based on user input. The Service generates images that users can download and use for their promotional needs.

3. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

  • All content you create using the Service
  • Ensuring your generated content does not infringe on any third-party rights
  • Complying with all applicable laws and regulations regarding your use of generated content
  • Any consequences arising from the distribution or use of content you create

4. Content Ownership and License

You retain ownership of the prompts and descriptions you provide. Upon generation, you receive a license to use the generated images for personal and commercial purposes. However, similar images may be generated for other users based on similar prompts.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to create content that:

  • Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory
  • Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
  • Contains explicit adult content or promotes violence
  • Impersonates any person or entity
  • Spreads misinformation or fraudulent content

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT GENERATED CONTENT WILL BE FREE FROM ERRORS, SUITABLE FOR YOUR PURPOSES, OR FREE FROM INFRINGEMENT CLAIMS. YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

7. Limitation of Liability

FLYER FAST AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR ANY CONTENT GENERATED THROUGH IT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Flyer Fast, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

9. Image Retention

Generated images are stored for 7 days and then automatically deleted. You are responsible for downloading and saving any content you wish to keep.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.
